Consultant / Analyst - IT Quality Assurance (Permanent)
Location: e-pay – Bandar Sunway
Job Responsibilities:
  • Review and analyse system specifications, including study test scope.
  • Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
  • Execute test cases and analyse results, ensuring that testing commitments are met.
  • Responsible for system setup and configuration.
  • Collaborate with teams to enhance software quality and ensure it's delivered.
  • Adhere to all quality assurance processes and procedures.
  • Ensure documentation, procedures, and guidelines are up to date.
  • Assist in any ad-hoc tasks, as and when is assigned by immediate superior. 
 
Job Requirements:
  • General knowledge of computer systems, software, web-based applications, and mobile applications.
  • Candidate must possess software testing experience or similar engagement with software systems.
  • Knowledge in software automation test tool, i.e. Selenium.
  • Knowledge of devops tool, i.e. Jenkins.
  • Knowledge of API test tool, i.e. Postman.

Manager / Assistant Manager – Sales, General Trade, e-pay (Permanent)
Location: e-pay – all Regions
Job Responsibilities:
  • To achieve sales targets and to develop a credible yet efficient sales force in the assigned regions.
  • Fully responsible for developing new businesses within the assigned territory, i.e. recruit new merchants.
  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales teams to achieve sales KPI.
  • Provide leadership in resolving daily problems and ensure maximum efficiency and productivity of the sales force.
  • Develop and provide meaningful and comprehensive sales statistics to measure the performance of the team and individuals.
  • Interact with key merchants and corporate clients with a view to retain and encourage greater usage of company products and services, and maximise income for company within the assigned regions.
  • Provide support and assistance to any other ad-hoc assignments, as and when is assigned by immediate superior.
 
Job Requirements:
  • Preferable candidates from FMCG and retail industry with minimum five (5) years sales experience with a proven track record of sales achievements.
  • Experienced in leading a sales team in a dynamic and competitive environment.
  • Direct experience in the payment industry will be an added advantage.
  • Objective and results driven, motivated.
  • Possess own transport with valid driving license as candidate is required to travel often. 
  • Ability to speak multi-languages will be an added advantage.

Location: e-pay – all Regions
Job Responsibilities:
  • Fully responsible for developing new business within the assigned territory, i.e. recruit new merchants. 
  • Provide excellent service, support, and monthly visitation to merchants. 
  • Assist in any product roadshow and event, organised by merchants.
  • Building good rapport and working relationship with merchants.
  • Achieving monthly team and individual sales target.
  • Assist in any ad-hoc tasks assigned, as and when by immediate superior.
 
Job Requirements:
  • Preferable candidate from FMCG and retail industry. 
  • Experience in sales environment, minimum of one (1) year sales working experience. 
  • Possess own transport with valid driving license and willing to travel. 
  • Ability to speak multi-languages is an added advantage. 
  • Aggressive in achieving sales target.

Senior Associate / Associate – Chargeback and Compliance (Permanent)
Location: GHL - Bandar Sri Damansara
Job Responsibilities:
  • Respond in a timely manner to all requests for information regarding disputes, including credit card, e-commerce, MyDebit, and process refunds transaction.  
  • Investigate and monitor suspicious transactions provided by acquirer and ensure all related records or documentations are maintained.
  • Liaise with merchants to obtain the necessary documentations to remedy dispute and advise merchants to adhere to Visa and MasterCard Rules and Regulations.
  • Minimise chargeback loss through prevention process and mitigate possible financial loss, and recover fund whenever possible.
  • Communicate with related departments or acquirer to ensure disputes are settled on time.
  • Assist in any ad-hoc tasks, as and when is assigned by immediate superior.

Job Requirements:
  • Applicant must possess minimum one (1) year working experience in financial industries. Knowledge in credit card operations will be an added advantage. 
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills.
  • Good negotiation and communication skills. 
  • Meticulous with a high level of attention to detail, demonstrates a sense of urgency, and ability to meet deadlines.

Associate – Reconciliation and Settlement (Permanent)
Location: GHL - Bandar Sri Damansara
Job Responsibilities:
  • Monitor merchant reconciliation and settlement on e-Debit and Credit Card transactions for various banks and merchants.
  • Liaise with banks and merchants for all merchant reconciliation and settlement matters.
  • Monitor journal reports generated from the system and ensure merchant payable, clearing account, and so on are correctly posted into the accounting system.
  • Assist in credit refund and fee waiver requests.
  • Monitor fund transfers from bank to bank for settlement purposes.
  • Assist in solving merchant problems, especially for payment queries, monthly statement, and tax invoice.
  • Assist in any ad-hoc tasks assigned by immediate superior, as and when required. 
 
Job Requirements:
  • Applicant must possess minimum one (1) year working experience in any related field.

Assistant – Collection (Contract)
Location: GHL – Bandar Sri Damansara
Job Responsibilities:
  • Process termination request from merchants or retailers.
  • Contact merchants to follow-up with outstanding monthly rental.
  • Follow-up for relevant and required documents to process the necessary termination request.
  • To build good relationship with all merchants and negotiate with them by offering good package in order to retain merchants.
  • Provide recommendations for improvements, where applicable.
  • Assist in any ad-hoc tasks, as and when assigned by immediate superior.
 
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum one (1) year of experience in collection or customer service.
  • Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese.

Consultant / Analyst – Data Centre and Corp IT (Permanent)
Location: GHL – Bandar Sri Damansara
Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist in design, deployment, and administration of corporate systems.
  • Assist in tier 3 support, i.e. provide SME level support for production issues. 
  • Assist in data centre management, i.e. perform necessary routing or switching, storage, hardware, and operating system tasks to ensure availability, capacity, security, and stability for in-house and remote data centres.
  • Assist in documentation and training for handling; develop and maintain living technical documentations, as well as provide cross training to teammates and end users for new systems.

Job Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least two (2) years’ of working experience in IT infrastructure design and architecture across multiple distributed computing technologies including server, network, and storage technologies.

  • Perform payment security assessment certification and EMV certification.
