Senior Associate / Associate - Relationship Management

Job Responsibilities:

To promote strong and build a long-term relationship and support prospective to the high-value merchants.
Fully responsible for generating and pursuing new business opportunities, merchant acquisition, cross-selling, and upselling of Company products and services, as well as providing merchants with constructive advice and ongoing servicing from time to time.
Maintain a deep knowledge of all Company products and services, demonstrate value add strategy and plan to merchants to ensure maximizing sales profit for the Company.
Identify merchants’ needs and requirements and propose comprehensive Company product and service consultations and guide their decision-making process.
Resolve merchant complaints and issues efficiently and in a timely manner to ensure merchant satisfaction.
Participate and assist in any marketing campaigns or events organised by merchants for any business opportunities.
Work closely with the respective regional Sales Managers and sales team by collecting feedback from merchants and relaying it to sales teams for improvement.
To achieve and meet monthly sales targets and develop a strong presence marketplace within the payment industry.
Assist in any ad-hoc tasks as and when is assigned by the immediate superior.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess with a minimum of one (1) year of related working experience in the payment industry or a minimum of two (2) years of working experience in the relationship management or a similar position will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of merchant acquiring business will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, and Bahasa Malaysia and preferable candidate who is fluent in Mandarin as required to deal with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.
Self-driven motivation and passion, high level of initiative and high execution.
Objective, aggressive and results-driven individual; good conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
Street smart with good rapport-building skills, customer-oriented.
A team player who enjoys working in an energetic, fast pace environment.
Possess own transport with valid driving license and willing to travel.
Working location: Kepong Bandar Sri Damansara, Kuala Lumpur.

Education Requirements:

Candidate must possess a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Business Management or Marketing or any other equivalent qualifications.
